In the new era,in order to promote the modernization of China’s military system and achieve the goal of building a world-class military,the Party and the state have put forward the strategy of building a strong army through talent."The way to build a strong army is to acquire talent".Talent is the basic driving force for China’s military reform,innovation,development and progress.In this context,college students actively respond to the call to join the army and devote themselves to the army construction.At present,colleges and universities have become the main source of active soldiers.At the same time,an increasing number of former soldiers are returning to higher education after completing their two-year service.From the highly organized army to the university campus with a high degree of autonomy,the main task of retired college students has changed from military training to learning professional cultural knowledge.When to return to campus,in the face of the challenge of the school they generally feel greater pressure,main show is on at the university of unfamiliar learning mode and teaching mode,the lack of internal driving force to motivate yourself to learn,no proper method to deal with learning tasks and lack of effective self-management strategies in the learning process.In addition,the government provides additional points and preferential admission measures for ex-soldiers to enter schools and take the civil service examination.Under this background,most of the graduates who have returned to school may choose to take the postgraduate entrance examination or take the civil service examination.Therefore,with the professional method of social work,to guide and enhance the learning ability of retired college students who have returned to school,in the short term,they can smoothly realize the role change and better deal with learning tasks;In the long run,it can also provide help for their education and employment.For retired resumption these realistic problems of the college students’ schooling,based on the core of the service object demand,combining the characteristics of university learning emphasize consciously,active,this study will improve retired resumption of college students’ autonomous learning ability as the focus of schooling,respectively from two dimensions of micro and macro social work intervention strategy is designed.From the micro level,the growth group is carried out to enhance the independent learning ability of retired college students from the aspects of clarifying the learning mode of the university,stimulating the motivation of independent learning,strengthening the ability of self-management,and improving the strategies of independent learning.It is found that group social work intervention can make retired college students change their social roles and improve their independent learning ability.From the macro level,this paper puts forward a social worker can assist in colleges and universities for retired resumption college schooling to optimize the environment of independent study,links to resources to construct the social support network and build Bridges to expedite forces and school communication mechanism aspects,such as perfecting the good external environment,so as to promote the development of retired resumption college students’ autonomous learning ability schooling.
