Retired college students are a special group.After two years of military life and then returning to campus,their role has undergone a change from that of a soldier to that of a student.Faced with the huge difference in environment,some of the retired college students cannot immediately adapt to campus life and have adaptation problems in different aspects.At present,the research on retired college students is mainly focuses on education and psychology,and more on ideological education and psychological counseling.Based on the perspective of school social work,this paper takes the "3T" school social work model as the starting point,analyzes the learning adaptation problems of retired college students and their reasons,and excavates their own advantages,using social work professional methods to help them solve the learning adaptation problems and achieve self-efficacy.This paper focuses on the study adaptation of retired college students,and under the guidance of the dominant perspective theory and social learning theory,using the methods of literature review,participation observation,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the present situation and problems of the study adaptation of retired college students in G College from five dimensions:learning motivation,teaching mode,learning ability,learning attitude and environmental factors.This paper analyzes the causes of the learning adaptation problems of retired college students from both schools and individuals.Combined with the relevant theory and practice of school social work,the comprehensive intervention of social work combined with direct intervention and indirect intervention is used to help retired students in G College to alleviate their learning adaptation problems.Finally,the effect of social work intervention is evaluated.The results show that this social work intervention has achieved good results,and the learning adaptation problem of retired college students can be effectively alleviated with the help of the dominant perspective and social learning theory under the "3T" school social work model.Summarize the social work practice:social work should adhere to the value concept that the dominant perspective runs through the practical process;The work content can be combined with direct service and indirect service;Incorporate a variety of working methods into the practical process.However,special attention should be paid to:improving the professionalism and practical ability of social work;Strengthen the intervention of student workers;A practical exploration is not the final result.Keep the process of practical exploration as far as possible.
