Food safety in colleges and universities has always been the focus of social attention.Food safety in colleges and universities is not only related to the health and life safety of teachers and students,but also an important factor affecting social security and stability.It is an important basis for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.The state has always attached importance to the food safety work in colleges and universities,and has continuously increased the supervision of food safety in colleges and universities,and has achieved many results.However,due to the large number of personnel,large size of meals,centralized dining time,multiple management and other characteristics in colleges and universities,the supervision of food safety in colleges and universities is difficult,difficult and heavy.In addition,the actual situation of each school is different,the conditions and environment are different,and the food safety supervision in colleges and universities lacks unified standard answers.Therefore,under the framework of national policies and regulations,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to formulate a food safety supervision system that conforms to the characteristics of colleges and universities and propose effective food safety supervision measures.Taking S University in Sichuan Province as the research object,the article objectively analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision in S University in Sichuan Province from three aspects: the basic situation of school catering,the current practices of food safety supervision and the main achievements through field visits,student questionnaires,and interviews with practitioners.By using the theory of collaborative governance,the theory of holistic governance and the theory of asymmetric information,it is analyzed that S University in Sichuan Province has many problems in food safety supervision,such as decentralized power of supervision subjects,inadequate response to the regulatory situation,many loopholes in the regulatory process,and relatively backward regulatory methods.It is found that the main problems are imperfect collaborative governance system,untimely follow-up of system guarantee,unreasonable regulatory process design Inadequate input of comprehensive resources.Combined with national policies and the actual situation of S University in Sichuan Province,the article proposes to build a "four-dimensional integration" food safety supervision system from the four dimensions of supervision subject,supervision system,supervision process and supervision means.
