Food safety is a global issue,and it is an important issue involving national stability,social development,economic prosperity,and human health.The school is a place to nurture the pillars of the motherland and is responsible for preaching and teaching professions.Providing students with a safe,healthy and hygienic growth environment is the top priority of the school's work.In response to food safety issues in schools,government regulatory agencies at all levels have accordingly introduced many measures to ensure food safety on campus and prevent campus safety accidents.However,school food safety accidents still occur occasionally.Three primary and secondary schools in Wuhu,Anhui have been exposed to mold in food raw materials.The phenomenon of expiration has been made for the students to eat,and the canteen of Chengdu No.7 Experimental School was exposed to contain moldy food,etc.These concern the hearts of every student's parents.There are many potential risks in food safety,which involve multiple links from raw material planting,procurement,processing to sales.If you are not careful,it is very easy to cause food safety accidents.The food safety supervision of school cafeterias is facing higher requirements.However,the current research on food safety supervision in school canteens is relatively scarce.Therefore,it is very important to conduct research on food safety supervision in school canteens.In view of this,this article takes Y city as an example to study the problems in the government supervision of food safety in the canteens of primary and secondary schools,and proposes countermeasures to improve the food safety supervision capabilities of the school canteens,in order to solve the actual supervision problems and improve the food safety of the school canteens.Regulatory system.This article first introduces the current supervision status of the school canteens in Y City from two aspects: the general overview of the canteens in the primary and secondary schools in City Y and the government supervision system for food safety in the schools in Y City.Then through the combing of networked governance theory and total quality management theory,combined with own work experience,on the basis of clarifying the research background,purpose and significance of the problem,using literature research method,interview method,Case analysis method and other methods to find out Y The main problems in the safety supervision of the canteen of the city's primary and secondary schools are the obstruction of the formation of a single co-governance pattern of supervisory entities,the incomplete comprehensive quality management system,and the insufficient professional capacity of the Y city government in food safety supervision.The main reasons for these problems are the implementation of legislation.Participation of multiple subjects is not thorough,there are still flaws in the mechanism design of institutional reforms,and the proportion of food safety assessment scores is low.Finally,from the three aspects of constructing a food safety supervision model with participation of multiple subjects,improving the overall food safety quality supervision system of government departments,and improving the government's food safety technical supervision ability,countermeasures and suggestions for improving the food safety supervision ability of the canteens of primary and secondary schools are put forward.
