Research On Food Safety Supervision In Primary And Secondary Schools In X County, Chongqing

Campus food supervision,usually refers to the supervision of the food in the campus canteen,but with the completion of the institutional reform,the campus food supervision has many meanings,including the supervision of the food in the campus canteen and the food safety supervision within 200 meters along the school gate.Because the object of campus food is mainly students,with the characteristics of particularity,large amount of meals and wide social influence,the campus food safety has become particularly important.Therefore,how to strengthen the supervision of campus food safety and ensure the safety of students' tongue has become the content of this paper.In this paper,X county,Chongqing primary and secondary school campus food safety supervision as the research object,through field research,questionnaire,interviews and other research methods,X county in the primary and secondary school campus food safety research,hoping to improve the campus food safety supervision to provide experience and suggestions.This paper mainly studies from the following parts.The first part is introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods,research innovation and shortcomings.The second part is the concept and theoretical basis of the campus food safety supervision of primary and secondary schools.The main concepts introduced include food safety,campus food safety,and campus food safety supervision.Related basic theories include information asymmetry theory,polycentric governance theory and food safety risk cognition theory.The third part of the X County Primary and secondary school food safety supervision status analysis,mainly analyzes the overall situation of X County Primary and secondary school campus food safety,the campus food safety documents issued by Chongqing,the existing regulatory effectiveness.The fourth part of the X County Primary and secondary school campus food safety supervision research design,through questionnaire survey,special inspection,interview and other survey methods of design and implementation,a variety of surveys to understand the X County Primary and secondary school campus food safety supervision issues.The fifth part of the X County Primary and secondary school campus food safety supervision problems and reasons analysis,from the results of questionnaire survey,special inspection,interviews to summarize the X County Primary and secondary school campus food safety supervision problems and analyze the reasons.The sixth part of the improvement of primary and secondary school campus food safety supervision countermeasures,according to the existing problems and reasons,from the state,local governments and regulatory authorities,schools,the public and other four angles to explore the improvement of primary and secondary school food safety supervision countermeasures.
