Intelligent Supervision Of Food Safety In Schools:realistic Dilemmas And Pathways To Optimization

At present,we are in an era where food safety regulation and new digital technologies are highly integrated.Thanks to digital technologies such as the Internet,artificial intelligence and big data,traditional food safety supervision is gradually moving towards "smart supervision".Using literature research,case studies and in-depth interviews,this thesis evaluates the level of school food safety in Ji’an County before and after the introduction of a smart food safety monitoring model,and finds that the smart monitoring model has improved the effectiveness of school food safety monitoring to some extent.The thesis also found that school food safety wisdom supervision in Ji’an County is not perfect,and that there are many problems such as the level of information technology construction is not yet high enough,the degree of participation in diversified governance is not yet high enough,the use of new regulatory tools needs to be strengthened,and the quality of grassroots supervisors is still difficult to meet the requirements.In response to the current dilemma,optimisation paths are proposed,such as strengthening the information technology infrastructure,constructing a new pattern of diversified governance,applying new regulatory tools and instruments,strengthening risk prevention and resolution,and strengthening grassroots protection.The research on intelligent food safety supervision in Ji’an County provides a useful exploration for the construction of intelligent supervision platforms in other counties,and provides some reference for the construction of food safety governance systems.
