Research On Food Safety Supervision Of Primary And Secondary School Canteens In Huiji District Of Zhengzhou

In May 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to carry out food safety supervision with the "four most stringent" requirements,namely the most stringent standards,the most stringent supervision,the most severe punishment,the most serious accountability.At present,China is in the transition period of social development,food safety problems occur from time to time,primary and secondary school food safety is the focus of social attention,public opinion ignition point is very low,easy to cause the close attention of the public,once fermentation,it is easy to form food safety hot events,cause the panic of the public.Therefore,to do a good job of school food safety supervision is not only the expectation of all walks of life and the masses,but also in line with the needs of the current economic and social development,which is both targeted and universal.This paper takes Huiji District of Zhengzhou as an example,studies the food safety problems of the canteen of primary and secondary schools by using the methods of literature research,interview and comparison.Through the field investigation of the status of food safety management in the canteen of primary and secondary schools in Huiji District,the paper organizes the employees in Huiji district to carry out questionnaire survey of the canteen of primary and secondary schools,It is found that there are some problems in food safety supervision in the canteen of Huiji District,such as lack of legal and regulatory basis,insufficient participation of all regulatory bodies,less application of advanced methods and technologies,low professional requirements of practitioners,and the lack of system of food safety education.In view of these problems,combined with the actual situation of Huiji District,suggestions are put forward in promoting the improvement of supervision and enforcement system,mobilizing the participation of all parties' supervision forces,adopting new technology methods,improving the management of practitioners,and implementing food safety national education,and these specific methods and measures,It is of practical significance for the food safety supervision in Huiji district and Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools.
