Campus food safety problems have been plaguing school teachers and students,leading to a high perception of food safety risks among teachers and students.The reasons for the problems include information asymmetry,inadequate government management,etc.,which have been listed as difficult problems for the government to perform public management functions.Food safety issues are related to the health and stability of the whole society and the vital interests of urban and rural residents.Reducing the food safety risk perception of campus teachers and students and improving the food security of campus teachers and students have gradually entered the public’s keen concern.Under this background,the zhuhai exploratory engineering construction in the food and drug safety science and technology,an innovative technology in traditional regulatory measures,strengthen supervision,public key to food safety information,increase the school itself and parents the participation of the masses,eliminate food safety concerns between teachers and students,so that teachers and students get higher more secure campus food security.In 2013,Zhuhai began to study,design and implement the campus food safety science and technology project,which has covered 44 large,primary and secondary schools.Taking Zhuhai city as the research object,this paper mainly studies the influence of food safety informatization supervision on the food safety risk perception of teachers and students.By analyzing the food safety risk perception of teachers and students on campus,it deduces the level of food security of teachers and students on campus.The measurement method is based on the six dimensions of economic risk,social psychological risk,functional risk,health risk and time risk of food safety perceived by campus teachers and students,and the five influencing factors of their own factors,government factors,media factors,industry factors and canteen factors.By means of questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,this paper compares the two high schools that have carried out and have not carried out food and drug safety technology project,that is,the two high schools that adopt information-based supervision and traditional supervision,and analyzes the food safety risk perception of campus teachers and students.The questionnaires out of 400,two high school distributed 200 copies of recycling effective questionnaire 375,according to the theory of risk perception theory,safety management and information asymmetry theory,the study of food safety information regulation effect on the food safety risk perception between teachers and students,expect to get the effective measures to improve teachers and students on campus food security.Based on the data analysis and theoretical analysis results,it can be concluded that government media factors have different effects on dependent variables(perceived risk,explicit risk and psychological risk)among different schools,and schools that have carried out food and drug safety science and technology projects have higher explanatory contributions,which directly indicates that government public management behavior is effective.In other words,as one of the means of government public management,the information supervision of campus food safety effectively reduces the perception of food safety risk of campus teachers and students,and indirectly improves the food security of campus teachers and students.Research has shown that government information regulation means for food safety risk perception between teachers and students on campus have a negative effect,government information regulation means more rigorous Gao Mingyue more in place,the campus corresponding to reduce food safety risk perception between teachers and students,by means of information quickly and efficiently manage the campus food safety and food safety management is the inevitable development direction.As a special group,campus teachers and students need the common attention and care of the government,the media and the whole society.The government needs to perform the main supervision and management responsibility of food safety,mobilize the main responsibility consciousness of schools and canteens,and earnestly implement various laws,regulations and systems.Government in public management,reasonable use of new technology,to explore food safety supervision and management of information means is very necessary,if can use effective food safety technology used to supplement the traditional supervision mode,can greatly increase the frequency of food safety supervision on campus,strengthen the government supervision and management,Provide ongoing food security to students and students on campus.For the campus teachers and students to create a more peaceful,more secure,food security higher harmonious environment.
