Research On The Prediction Of The Demand For Scientific And Technological Innovation Talents In Inner Mongolia Based On The Combination Model

The forecast of the demand for science and technology innovation talents in Inner Mongolia has a very important impact on the high-quality development of the region.In this thesis,we use data from China Statistical Yearbook,China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook and Inner Mongolia Statistical Yearbook to sort out the current situation of the total number of science and technology innovation talents,education,industrial distribution and R&D distribution in Inner Mongolia from 2015 to 2020,and use the grey correlation model to build a system of indicators affecting the forecast of the demand for science and technology innovation talents in Inner Mongolia.The model is used to predict the demand for science and technology innovation talents in Inner Mongolia in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.The analysis concludes that the current scale of scientific and technological innovation talents in Inner Mongolia is small and there is a serious loss of scientific and technological innovation talents.The research,in conjunction with the 14 th Five-Year Plan of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,proposes recommendations for the development of scientific and technological innovation talents,firstly,to increase investment in scientific and technological talents and improve the investment mechanism for scientific and technological talents.Second,the implementation of science and technology innovation talent "attract + education" combination,to achieve science and technology innovation talent "total + quality" double upgrade.Third,adjust the structure of the scientific and technological innovation talent team in advance.Fourth,vigorously develop new research institutions to provide a platform for scientific and technological innovation talents.Fifth,improve the institutional mechanism of scientific and technological innovation talents to guarantee the role of talents.
