The improvement of talent competitiveness has become the focus of work in various countries and regions,but scholars at home and abroad are less concerned with the research on guangxi's talent competitiveness.All the way to play guangxi's "the Belt and Road" location advantage,strengthen the promoting guangxi talent competitiveness research become inevitable,can provide beneficial reference for guangxi government decision-making,and provide experience for reference in the western region development.Using porter diamond model industry competitiveness research of guangxi talent competitiveness problems,need to seize the development opportunity,clear demand conditions,the main research work is:first,the analysis of the guangxi talent demand change;Second,analyze the present situation of supply structure and its existing problems;Third,guangxi and southwest five provinces and cities competitiveness comparison;fourth,put forward the demand to guide the guangxi competitiveness improvement proposal.The research conclusion is as follows:(1)using BP neural network to predict the demand of talents in guangxi from 2018 to 2020,indicating that there is a large gap between supply and demand in guangxi;the talent demand of Guangxi's average growth rate of 4.5%are more than0.3%compared with the average growth rate of Guangxi talent program who is 4.2%.which is basically in line with that.(2)in demand under the guide of guangxi talent supply structure problems mainly displays in:talent competitiveness of guangxi in 2016 compared with 2012 talentsof ontology and talent input on the decline,talent output unchanged,talent environment ranks rising;(3)based on principal component analysis northwest five provinces and cities in guangxi competitiveness comparison shows that the row after the guangxi talent competitiveness,ontology in the talent,talent input,output,talents environment ranked third,fourth,fifth and third respectively.(4)from the four aspects of talent retention,motivation,input and environment,puts forward the Suggestions for improving the competitiveness of talents under the guidance of demand.
