"Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" is a comprehensive educational method with knowledge imparting as the core,ability training as the path,showing the meaning of value shaping,and constructing the pattern of "San Quan" Education System.Its core goal is Moral establishment and student cultivation,and its basic idea is Collaborative education.For primary school mathematics,the implementation of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching" means that mathematics teachers take mathematical knowledge,methods and ideas as the carrier and permeate the guidance of ideological value in teaching.As a necessary way for mathematics teachers to practice curriculum education,"Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" is the need of implementing the fundamental task of "Moral establishment and student cultivation",the need of constructing a new pattern of "San Quan" Education System,and an effective way to cultivate core literacy,so as to realize the organic unity of subject knowledge transmission and value guidance,and has positive practical significance in promoting the integration of the five educations and promoting all-round development.Through the methods of questionnaire,interview and classroom observation,this study investigates the current situation of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in Mathematics" implementation of primary school mathematics teachers in Y city.It is found that teachers’ understanding of the necessity of curriculum ideological and political implementation is gradually strengthened,but there are also some problems,such as inadequate implementation of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" in lesson preparation,classroom teaching,homework,evaluation and other links,and insufficient utilization and development of curriculum resources.The main reasons for these problems are that teachers’ awareness and ability of Teaching design of Integrating Ideological and political education into Curriculum to be enhanced,lack of effective incentive and restraint mechanism,lack of effective support and guarantee mechanism and so on.In order to further improve the effectiveness of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in Mathematics",mathematics teachers should earnestly assume the subject responsibility and enhance the practical consciousness and ability of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses";schools should play a leading role and improve the incentive and restraint mechanism of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses".At the same time,schools strengthen top-level design,education departments intervene in supervision,and constantly improve the support and guarantee mechanism for the implementation of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses".
