Strategy Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Graduate Students Under The Concept Of Moral Establishment And Student Cultivation

The postgraduate group is the main reserve force for high-level talents.The state of their ideology is related to the development of the country,the future of the nation,and the future of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,strengthening the ideological and political education of postgraduates is of far-reaching significance.It is a key factor that determines the quality of postgraduate training.It concerns the question of who trains high-level talents.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time clearly stated: "Take the Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation as the basic task of education,and cultivate the socialist builders and successors who have comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,and physical beauty." The answer to the question of "how to train people,for whom,and how to train people" concerns the future of the party and the country."Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation" has become the basic concept of education in the new era.It clearly clarifies the essential attributes of ideological and political education for graduate students,and puts forward higher requirements for further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education for graduate students.Facing the current predicament of ideological and political education for postgraduates,how to implement the idea of "Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation" into the ideological and political education of postgraduates has become a new problem that ideological and political education workers in universities need to solve urgently.Based on the literature collection,this article uses Marxist stances,viewpoints,and methods to conduct research on the ideological and political education of graduate students under the concept of the Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation.It is divided into the following five chapters:Chapter one,Introduction.Mainly introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the current status of research at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,and a brief overview of the difficulties and innovations of this research.Chapter two,a theoretical overview of the ideological and political education of the Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation.It mainly elaborates the related concepts of "Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation" and postgraduate ideological and political education,and elaborates the theoretical basis of conducting postgraduate ideological and political education under the concept of the Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation.The relationship was clarified.Chapter third,examines the current problems of ideological and political education of graduate students,and specifically explores the problems from four aspects:mechanism and system,teacher team,graduate object,and content and methods.Chapter four,the principles and countermeasures of postgraduate ideological and political education under the concept of the Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation are the focus of the dissertation.Explore the integration of the concept of the Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation into postgraduate ideological and political education to improve the relevance and effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political education.The research in this article provides theoretical support for strengthening the ideological and political education of postgraduates in universities.Its main innovations are in two aspects: First,it is positioned in the postgraduate group from the perspective of research,and the education concept of the Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation is covered to the highest level of diploma education stage;the second is to effectively integrate the latest educational thoughts into the ideological and political education of graduate students in the new era in terms of research content.
