| The divorce rate in our country has been rising continuously since the reform and opening up,and the phenomenon of divorce in rural areas has become increasingly prominent.There are more and more divorced families in rural areas,and the number of children in divorced families is also rising.It is most related to the growth of children in divorced families.They may not be able to correctly view the fact that their parents are divorced.Without the company of both parents,they may lack a sufficient sense of security,and there is a lack of positive interpersonal communication in the family.Demonstration and Guiding,so as to cause certain obstacles to children’s interpersonal communication,and even more likely to embark on the road of crime.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the interpersonal communication of such groups.From the perspective of social work,this paper focuses on the interpersonal problems of children from divorced families,and uses questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to conduct case interventions on children from divorced families in J Village,Hong’an County,Huanggang City.The two children of divorced families have different tendencies of interpersonal communication problems,one is a certain degree of interpersonal communication disorder,while the other is prone to violent behaviors in the process of communication.This paper is supported by the family system theory,the three-dimensional theory of interpersonal relationships and the advantage perspective theory,and makes an in-depth analysis of this.The survey results show that although the two children from divorced families have different tendencies towards problems,the main reasons for the problems are at the family level,and the general manifestations of the problems are the same:psychological sensitivity;lack of correct interpersonal communication methods and skills;There are misperceptions;the ability to make normal friends is insufficient.In response to this,on the basis of collecting relevant data and conducting inductive analysis,the author uses the casework method of social work to carry out intervention services.First,through the joint family therapy model,starting from the family,by improving the parent-child relationship,using professional means to strengthen family education,promoting family empowerment,and alleviating the negative emotions of the client;Thirdly,through the cognitive behavior theory and the three-dimensional theory of interpersonal relationship,lead the client to practice,consolidate the interpersonal knowledge and skills learned,and in the process,correct the wrong perception of the client and improve their understanding of interpersonal relationships.The importance of communication;finally,through the advantage perspective theory,while enhancing the self-confidence of the service object,it uses its advantages to help and attract peer groups and restore its normal function of making friends.After the intervention,for the two intervention activities and the result evaluation,the case objectives were basically achieved,which confirms the effectiveness of casework in intervening in the interpersonal communication of children of divorced families.Finally,the author reflected on the whole process of practical intervention,combined its existing problems and reasons,and put forward some suggestions,that is,the causes of children’s interpersonal communication problems are multi-dimensional and different,which requires social workers to respect service objects.Due to the particularity of the project,don’t blindly pursue an intervention plan that is too stereotyped;At the same time,it is necessary to pay attention to the micro,meso and macro systems in which the service objects are located,and to give full play to the synergy of family,school and society.Only in this way can we better solve the interpersonal dilemma of children from divorced families. |
