In recent years,with the continuous development of society,multi-culture swarm into the society,it changes the people's concept of marriage,"marriage does not necessarily make people happy,and divorce is a way to get rid of an unhappy marriage for another happy life".Divorced families are increasing,resulting in the expansion of the children of divorced families,many studies at home and abroad have shown that parents' divorce will have a negative impact on their children to a certain extent.There are many divorced families' teenagers appearing to the interpersonal communication barriers more or less,it has seriously affected their healthy development.Teenagers are at the most active and sensitive stage in their lives.They are the transition period from children to adults.It has a crucial influence on people's life.The harm of interpersonal communication barriers to young people has aroused the concern of scholars from all walks of life,it is mostly from psychology,sociology,pedagogy,and other angles to make corresponding solutions.As a kind of self-help professional service,social work also needs to play the role of social work to solve this social problem.The problem of interpersonal barriers of divorced teenagers is from the social work perspective,first analyze the reasons of divorced teenagers have interpersonal barriers from individual,family,school and other aspects,and then under the guidance of the strengths perspective theory,using the psychological social therapy,cognitive behavioral therapy mode of interventional therapy,the last link of family school,and social resources,efforts to explore the way to solve the problem of divorced teenagers interpersonal barriers,and strive to help divorced families to eliminate interpersonal barriers and restore family interact,promote the healthy growth of young people.
