With China’s economic development and the hindrance of the urban-rural dual system,a large number of young and middle-aged labor force has flooded into developed urban areas,and the husband and wife have divorced due to the breakdown of their relationship,gradually forming a group of "left-behind children in rural divorced families".Most of the left-behind children from divorced families in rural areas are raised by their grandparents in the family,and their guardians lack the concept of education,so they cannot give the children the right way of education and care in their growth.In schools,rural schools pay attention to students’ textbook knowledge,lack of psychological attention to children,can not carry out psychological counseling;In terms of peer relationship,she was excluded by other students and did not form a good social circle.It leads to negative effects in interpersonal communication,such as lack of emotional control ability,lack of communication ability and lack of active communication ability.This paper mainly takes the left-behind children of divorced families in rural areas as the service object,and uses the method of group work and advantage perspective to help left-behind children explore their advantages and overcome difficulties.According to the needs of left-behind children to improve their self-confidence,we will set up performances,show their strengths and other links to help children encourage each other to integrate into the group,so as to improve their self-confidence.According to the needs of left-behind children to stabilize their emotions,questions and empathy sessions are set up to help children think from the perspective of others and learn the ability to relieve negative emotions.According to the needs of left-behind children to establish a good parent-child relationship,help children and parents connect,understand each other and feel the kinship.According to the needs of improving communication ability,role playing sessions are set up to help children learn communication methods in practice.Through later interviews and observations with left-behind children,the children expressed that they took the initiative to communicate with their parents when they encountered problems,learned to understand their parents,controlled their negative emotions,and dared to express themselves.They also established their own social circle at school,actively participated in campus activities,and significantly improved their interpersonal skills.Group work has a good effect on the interpersonal skills of left-behind children from divorced families,forming a set of methods to improve the interpersonal skills of left-behind children,which can be promoted in divorced families and rural areas,so as to better play the value of social work. |
