At present social progress brought rapid economic development at the same timepeople’s understanding level and the thought is in constant improvement. The spread of self-consciousness makes more and more people begin to pay attention to the quality of life andmarriage. Divorce has become the era of a widespread social facts. More and more scholarswill be more attention to the family of the divorce. From the domestic and internationalnumerous research found that children from broken families, often exist in the process ofpsychology, behavior and interpersonal cognitive deviation and inappropriate behavior.Children from divorced family status and influence of interpersonal barriers, interpersonalbarriers has serious influence their normal learning life. If not in time to help them to adjustdeviation psychological and behavior guidance and comfort treatment, these interactivebarriers will seriously affect their health of body and mind makes them not grow healthy. Sothey need more to get more help.This study focus on starting from the microscopic view of a case, to explore the case ofsocial work intervention model role in the actual application process and performance. In theperspective of the perspective of social work in the study, found that children of divorcedparents are in interpersonal interaction may exist cognitive biases and improper behavior andeventually produce interpersonal obstacles, from home environment to a great extent,individual personality and the influence of social environment.The intervention of director S use the case of social work. In the course of treatment tohelp director to restore the social function of the damage. Through participatory observationand in-depth interviews found that there are insecure egotism, pessimistic identity,interpersonal anxiety and learning difficulties and other issues. Thus to build asolid family support system, the periphery of the harmonious support system and improve itssupport system is helpful to overcome personal obstacles divorced families children. Found ina case involved in the process of interpersonal barriers have serious psychological problemsand behavior deviation, urgent need specialized service intervention. And social work itselfhas the professional service, so use of professional social work method intervention caneffectively relieve the divorced families children interpersonal problems. And in the processof actual involvement has a positive effect, thus is worth advocating and promotion.
