| From the perspective of sociology and demography,my country has entered an aging stage.As an important way to realize active aging,community senior education is attracting the general attention of the government and the general public.As the main body of community education participation,the quality of participation of the elderly is particularly critical to the development of community education for the elderly.However,at present,the elderly in my country often play a passive and subordinate role in the process of participating in community education,exposing the problem of lack of subjectivity,which is not only difficult To meet the individual learning needs of the elderly,the learning effect is not satisfactory.In this context,it has certain research value to introduce the methods and concepts of the social work profession and intervene in the lack of subjectivity of the elderly participating in community education from the perspective of social work.Development is important.However,social work is still insufficient in the process of actually intervening in the lack of subjectivity of the elderly participating in community education,so it is necessary to explore more effective and specific service paths.Based on this,this paper takes the J social work institution in Guangzhou as a case to conduct participatory observation,adopts semi-structured interview method and semi-structured observation method to investigate the current situation of the lack of subjectivity of education participation of the elderly in J community,and analyzes the theory of empowerment and empowerment.As an analytical framework,this paper analyzes the practical process of J social work organization’s intervention,focusing on describing the intervention mode combining internal and external promotion,including the linkage of "government + community + social organization" under the external promotion mode to link and integrate educational resources and improve the elderly.Participate in the humanistic environment of community education and build a variety of participation channels to help the elderly to return to the main power and use professional methods of group work under the internal force promotion mode to enhance the ability of interaction and participation,build an exhibition platform to improve learning self-confidence and self-efficacy,and create a community.A series of activities combined with services enhances the ability to apply skills,and then concludes that there are two aspects of “rights” and “ability” in the intervention process of J social work institutions,which are manifested in the lack of adequate protection of the subject rights of the elderly to participate in community education and Subjective capacity building is not solid.Finally,on the basis of intervention effect evaluation and problem analysis,from the aspects of "rights protection" and "capacity building",a practical path for social work to intervene in the construction of the subjectivity of community education for the elderly is proposed: build a networked platform to obtain multi-source resources,introduce The form of market-oriented educational resources supply and the creation of a participatory educational affairs management mechanism for the elderly in the community Jointly guarantee the subject rights of the elderly to participate in community education.The communication and exchange of the main body and the creation of a practical platform for the development of energy have been taken to build a professional education system,so as to realize the main body capacity building of the participation of the elderly in community education. |
