A Study On The Intervention Of Community Work In The Community Participation Of The Young Elderly ——Take Q Community’s Community Building Project As An Example

At present,with the continuous development of our society,people’s social concept has also changed accordingly,and the marriage rate and fertility rate have also decreased;Moreover,the progress and development of medical technology has extended the overall life span of the elderly to a certain extent.The proportion of the elderly group in the total number is rising,which has further exacerbated the aging process of our country.The young elderly occupy a large part of the elderly group,and most of them have just retired from social functions.Their good physical condition,rich life experience,abundant free time,high enthusiasm for life and other factors cause them to play an irreplaceable role in community participation.At the same time,in the process of community participation,the young elderly can give full play to the advantages of resources and organizations they have accumulated in life,which not only helps to enrich their spiritual and cultural world and realize their self-value in the life of the elderly.it is also conducive to excavating new main forces in the process of community governance and innovating the application and development of community governance models.Therefore,under the guidance of advantage perspective theory and empowerment theory,the author takes the newly established Q community in Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu City,Sichuan Province as the research point.through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with Q community staff and community young people,to understand the basic situation of the community and analyze the participation of the young elderly in the community.This paper summarizes the current situation of the young elderly in Q community,such as low participation rate,passive participation,single participation content and form,and complex participation motivation,and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of individual,family,community and so on.evaluate the real needs of their community participation,design community construction project service programs,enhance the participation awareness of the young elderly through community publicity,and cultivate their participation ability with the theory of empowerment.With a variety of community activities to meet the content and form of their participation,finally,voluntary service is used to promote the sustainable development of Q community,promote the young elderly to actively and actively participate in community public affairs,and jointly build a harmonious and friendly community.
