Social Work Participation In Urban Community Governance From The View Of Empowerment

At present,how to integrate community resources and mobilize diverse community subjects to actively participate in community affairs in urban community governance? It is an indispensable part in the modernization of community governance to arouse their awareness of community participation,dig out and improve their ability,broaden the ways of participation and realize the new era development of urban community governance.Because of its professional value concept and technology,social work stands out from many competitors,gradually involved in community governance,and become an important professional force to promote grass-roots governance.This study is based on the intervention of social work in community governance under the co-ordination of government departments.Taking H Street "Creation Plan" as a case study,it explores the empowerment logic,role positioning,resource system and so on.Through the analysis of social work through the "golden idea collection and selection," "proposal project primary + project book writing and optimization," the proposal project competition and publicity,"proposed project implementation and follow-up" "project summary and display and other intervention processes,Promote the concept of community participation,stimulate the awareness of participation of various groups,mobilize the active participation of all groups,enhance the ability of participation,realize the community public to find and solve problems,comb the independent implementation of the proposal project to promote the development of community governance multi-subject empowerment ideas;This paper summarizes the effects of social work intervention in community governance in broadening the channels of community participation,community participation in the main pluralism,community governance level improvement,community resource network rich aspects,put forward this mode of community work intervention community governance,can promote community governance innovation.In the study found that social work involved in community governance,there are also a large number of older participants,strong dependence on the original backbone,social work intervention autonomy limited,heavy administrative tasks and other issues.On this basis,the author based on the"empowerment theory," from the government,community,social work three levels put forward to strengthen community governance policy optimization,create a good community governance participation environment,enhance intervention community governance professional security and other targeted recommendations.
