A Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Community Participation Of The Elderly In Urban Areas

Nowadays,the aging population of our country is increasing rapidly,and the trend of aging is obvious.The elderly have become a social group that can not be ignored.The problem of the elderly has gradually become the general concern of the society.The problem of the aged,material life,physical health has become a research area of scholars.However,there is little research on the problem of community participation of the elderly.Community participation can not only promote the healthy development of community construction,but also enrich the old people's life in old age,and bring better life experience to the elderly.Community participation of the elderly is not only necessary,but also possible.The elderly have rich life experience,have their own unique wisdom,and accumulated knowledge resources due to long-term work.Relationship resources are incomparable to other groups.Secondly,the elderly have sufficient leisure time,after the elderly quit their jobs,the end of a busy,full career.Have sufficient time to participate in community activities.Finally,older people have community participation needs.This is the driving force of the elderly community participation.The author thinks that the elderly community participation can not only eliminate the loneliness of the elderly,but also improve the sense of self-efficacy.Yes,too.The development and utilization of human resources for the elderly,enhance the sense of community participation of the elderly.According to the current situation and needs of community participation of the elderly in community F,the author carries out social work services,from the excavation and management of community residents volunteers to the cultivation of the backbone residents to the self-organization cultivation of the elderly residents.Through the empowerment of the initiative of community activities to the elderly,improve the capacity of community participation of the elderly,stimulate their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for community participation.Enhancing the community identity of the elderly and promoting the involvement of social work such as reorganizing the elderly can activate the community resources and effectively promote the community participation of the elderly.
