Research On The Cultivation Of Resilience Of Community Correction Objects From The Perspective Of Advantage

At present,community correction work has achieved certain results in China,and the country has increasingly emphasized and recognized the importance and indispensability of social work intervention in community correction.The resilience of the object of community correction focuses on the intrinsic motivation of the object of social correction,which is of great significance to individual physical and mental recovery and reconstruction,and can promote individual integration into society and social harmony.As one of the important theoretical schools of social work,the advantage perspective emphasizes the ability of people to change in adversity and provides a new perspective to study the problem of social correction object.Under the guidance of advantage perspective,this paper takes case study in field research as research method and unstructured interview as data collection method,and takes G,the correction object of Z Justice Institute,as an example to conduct case practice of resilience cultivation.Based on the analysis of the risk factors and internal and external advantages of G resilience,based on the conceptual framework of the advantage perspective,the resilience of G resilience is cultivated from four levels of dialogue,empowerment,discovery and recovery,and the effects of cultivation are analyzed.Based on the process and effect of cultivating the resilience of social correction object G,the deficiencies and reasons of this cultivation mainly cover three aspects.First is caused by a lack of the perspectives of social work to advantage of localization,leading to social object edge masking mining and use of inadequate,followed by the current club often limited resources to cover the object itself,lead to social object correction link for external resources,finally is due to social workers to foster professional ability is not strong and makes the network lack of certain systematic to cultivate the resilience.On this basis,countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of community correction object resilience cultivation are proposed from three aspects: innovating the concept of community correction object resilience cultivation,building the platform of community correction object resilience cultivation and constructing the protection factors of community correction object resilience cultivation.
