The Present Situation Of The Social Work Intervention Crime Youth Community Correction Research

In this paper, I take Tiedong district of Anshan court criminal minor as investigation object, mainly uses the method of observation and interview method to investigation and study, the author, together with the community correction social workers and criminal minor to participate in the community correction in the process of social work, the integrated use of social ecosystem theory, advantage, cognitive theory, etc., professional social work intervention of crime youth community correction are analyzed to explore and practice application.This paper consists of four parts. The first chapter is introduction. Points out that the thesis research background and research meaning, describes the idea and method of research papers. And from domestic and abroad, the minor crime study status of community correction, the correction of community social work to make a research review.The second chapter is the basic theory. I pointed out the definition of related concepts, as well as used in the process of social work practice social system theory, perspective and cognitive theory. And I elaborated the social work intervention minor crime the necessity and feasibility of community correction.The third chapter is the core part of this article. The third chapter is the social work intervention minor crime cases and analysis of community correction. Research process, the author mainly adopted social work general process model of criminal minor to carry on the intervention of social work practice.The fourth chapter is conclusion and discussion. Summarizes the full text and to the front of the social work intervention minor crime problems in community correction work put forward some Suggestions. And points out the deficiency of this thesis research to provide reference for the later research.
