Community Correction, which was imported into China in1980s, refers to all kinds of correction systems and methods based on community level. This definition is promoted by the U.N. Organization for Crime Prevention and Control as a necessary product of humanitarianism and rights protection and contains strong emotion of administration socialization. As a non-custodial penalty, development of Community Correction represents the progress of judicial system evolution. With the development of interdisciplinary exchange with law, psychology, education, sociology and social work in these days, Community Correction has been expanding its area and advancing rapidly. Therefore, those Community Corrections which can fit our particular society, meet our particular requirements and accord to our traditional sense gained extensive attention of the society.This dissertation focuses on teenagers in community and start with analysis about theoretical background, methodology and useful skills of different corrections modes, which are formed because of interdisciplinary exchange between various subjects. During this process, we aim to find helpful experience and problems by collecting existing research data and field research result. Then, professional theories, value, theatrical basis, working ways and practical skill of social work and their positive meanings are introduced so that we can explore the significance of Social Work Intervene. After that, we have several cases. By introducing them carefully, we try to summaries specific mode and realization path of Social Work Intervene, to emphasize the significant role of social work in the process of Community Correction’s harmony, adduction and development.
