Social Work Promotes Research On Community Integration Of Correctional Objects

With the advent of fast economic society,the limitation of correction of imprisonment is increasingly prominent,a new penalty execution system,and community correction system is gradually formed.Community correction is based on the premise of the national judicial organs,with the participation of various social forces,scientific values and professional working methods,to restore the social functions of the correction objects.Community correction,to some extent,promotes the smooth return of the correction objects to the society,overcomes the drawbacks of the correction of imprisonment,and maintains the harmony and stability of the society.Taking community correction practice in P town as an example,this study helped the correction object to solve the community integration problem through case work and community work,so as to achieve the goal of the correction object to integrate into the community smoothly and pass the correction period.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which introduces the research background,research significance and purpose,and sorts out the relevant literature on community correction at home and abroad.The second part is problem diagnosis and practical design,which briefly describes the problems of P town,and carries out practical design of case and community work.The third part is the key part of this research.In recent years,with the continuous development of community correction work,the number of community correction objects has also increased.In the process of integrating into the community life,the object of correction has encountered such problems as self-identity deviation,tension in thefamily and communication barriers among the community members.As an important part of community life,the community correction object will inevitably affect the community residents and itself when facing the pressure from the surrounding environment.Therefore,social work involvement in the community integration of the correction object has become an inevitable trend.The use of case work to help the correction object to solve the problems of identity and family tension,the use of community work to help the community correction object to solve the community communication barriers and community residents discrimination,and finally achieve the community integration of the community correction object;Finally,the practice of evaluation and reflection.Conclusion: the community integration of community correction objects is not optimistic;Through case work to help the correction object to solve personal and family problems so as to improve the integration of the correction object;Through community work,we can help to reduce social exclusion,establish social support network and achieve community integration.This paper confirms that the social work method can promote the community integration of correction objects,and on this basis puts forward some Suggestions such as establishing a professional community correction work talent team,promoting the cooperation of families and communities to community correction work,strengthening the positive publicity of community correction work,and improving the relevant laws and regulations of community correction.
