“Community Activity Training Camp”:Correction Of The Object Community In To The Obstacles Social Work In Volved

With the deepening of the judicial system reform,the community correction system gradually established in our country,the country has 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)of the judiciary has a community correction agencies,199.4 million community corrections are receiving community correction,8.3 10,000 social workers are engaged in correcting social work services.However,the current correction work is still a shallow "supervision" approach rather than deepening social adaptability,to strengthen the relevant project practice,enrich the existing practice material,explore ways and means of intervention,methods to become the current field of social work In the direction of continuous efforts.This project is a practical study in the field of social work.The goal of the project is to understand the needs of the target,to enhance the self-confidence of the target,to improve the communication model between the target and the community residents,to improve their community participation,and then into the community.The innovation of the project is that,on the one hand,it will break through the traditional micro-service mode of the case-based system,and realize the re-socialization of the object in the process of community participation and community organization,and increase the new skills as the target of community treatment.On the other hand,,The use of "community-based" service concept,through the community services to achieve community development,community groups through the community to solve obstacles.Project implementation,the author lasted more than three months,in the J community and seven corrections to establish a good professional relationship,to help the community residents and correction objects to set up a "Rainbow Bridge" mutual community social organizations,designed and carried out "community propaganda "Community show","community school","community fashion","community guards" and "community friendship" six targeted strong theme of community activities.This paper systematically describes the research background and research significance,the research situation and the case at home and abroad,the project implementation process and the evaluation.This paper also rethinks from the practical and theoretical point of view,sums up the experience and shortcomings of the community to integrate the community into the project,puts forward to improve the social work in the corrective work of the status,in the conditional community set up social workstations and the "three clubs Linkage " form to promote the object of correction services,to speed up the correction of social work selection and improve the quality of business three to improve the development of social work recommendations.
