With the rapid development of private colleges and universities in my country,private colleges and universities have become an indispensable part of my country’s higher education field.Private colleges and universities have also provided the country with many professional application talents.Moreover,with the rapid increase in the number of school-age college students,private colleges and universities are still good Lands to make up for the current shortage of teaching resources in our country.However,in recent years,due to the influence of social,environmental,economic,and development factors,coupled with the specialization of the nature of private universities,the problem of teacher loss in private universities has become more and more serious.The significant loss of teachers has hindered the development of private colleges to a certain extent,and it has also attracted considerable attention from colleges and universities.How to effectively reduce the turnover rate of teachers in private colleges has become an important research topic,and it also promotes the continuous and vigorous development of private colleges.Based on clarifying the definitions of the loss of teachers from private colleges,private colleges,and universities,this article takes the teachers of private colleges in Chengdu as the survey object,combines domestic and foreign management theories,and conducts privatelyrun in the form of literature review,questionnaire survey,and personal interviews.Analyze the factors of the loss of teachers in colleges and universities,and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.This thesis found that the primary loss groups of teachers in private colleges and universities in Chengdu are young and middle-aged backbone teachers and high-educated teachers,and their resignation motivations are superimposed.The main factors for the loss of teachers are the inadequate implementation of the system,low social influence,the insignificant role of the incentive system,limited work resources,backward management methods,a shared sense of work accomplishment,and Restricted personal development and so on.Based on the loss mentioned above,relevant solutions are proposed: The environmental factors include the consistency of the government system,the supervision of policy implementation,and public opinion-oriented propaganda;The relational factors consist of the focus on teachers’ professional training,the improvement of humanized welfare facilities,the establishment of a fair promotion mechanism,and the realization of transparent management model.The individual factors include reshaping the self-awareness of teachers and encouraging comprehensive work empowerment.This thesis deeply analyzes the current problems and causes of research survey data and proposes targeted solutions.The research in this article can be an essential reference for managing the talent team of private colleges in Chengdu and even the southwest region.
