As a new education system and school-running form, private colleges and universities, with the support of national policies, continue to expand their scale and develop rapidly. However, due to the special nature of their school-running system, the problems including limited teaching resources, weak foundation, low teaching quality and high teacher turnover are coming out endlessly. These problems will hinder the private colleges' development to different extent. The problem of teacher turnover is particularly acute in these issues. The professional level of teachers directly determines the quality of talents and the level of teaching in private colleges and universities. All sectors of the society are very concerned about the construction of teachers in private colleges. However, due to the low level of human resources management in private colleges,it is impossible to form a high-quality faculty team. The mobility of teachers is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges.T College has certain representativeness in many private colleges and universities, which can reflect the common problems of poor stability and unreasonable mobility of teachers in private colleges. This paper takes T College as the research object.Firstly,it sorts out the research status at home and abroad through literature research method, defines and clarifies related concepts and theoretical foundations, and then by using SWOT analysis method systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of T College,as well as the opportunities and challenges brought by the external environment for the development of T College college? Secondly, this paper integrates questionnaire survey and case interview method to obtain the latest and most accurate support data,in this way the credibility and persuasiveness of the paper is increased.Combining the theory of fairness,two-factor theory, compensation management theory and other related human resource management theories, the macroscopic factors and microscopic factors that affect the loss of teachers are systematically analyzed and studied. To sum up,the main reasons for the loss of teachers in T colleges are identified as follows: unreasonable compensation system;inadequate welfare system;unscientific incentive mechanism;coupled with incomplete human resources management function. Finally, from the perspective of human resource management,on the basis of the previous research,T College figured out the right solutions to keep the teachers team stable: establish a reasonable compensation system;enhance human resource management concepts for the managers;form a sound welfare system;establish a scientific incentive mechanism;improve the human resources management function.
