With the continuous development of the national economy and the further popularization of the Internet,the public’s concept of children’s education has been continuously updated,the requirements for the quality of children’s education have been strengthened,and the investment in children’s education has continued to increase.The education market size and market space are huge.As a part of well-rounded education,educational tourism is a good way for children to practice learning.Relevant state departments have issued policies and documents for educational tourism to strengthen the emphasis on research practice activities,and encourage and guide the healthy development of the educational tourism industry.At present,the concentration of the educational tourism industry is low,the quality of the products varies,and the actual verification of the quality of educational tourism products is lagging behind.When schools and parents purchase in the early stage,it is difficult for them to understand and distinguish.The users of educational tourism are mainly underage children.After children go on educational tourism,they have poor ability to distinguish the content and quality of educational tourism.Educational tourism are professional education products.Purchasing an educational tourism product is a behavior that needs to consider and evaluate many factors.At present,educational tourism online platforms are mostly set up by educational tourism agencies to sell their own products.Among the dazzling research and educational tourism products,it takes time and effort to choose an educational tourism product that meets the needs of children and is of good quality.Under the above background,this paper explores the possibility of setting up a service oriented“online supermarket” for educational tourism through research,so that schools and parents can have a deeper understanding of educational tourism products,easily choose good quality educational tourism products,and help parents.More accurate selection of educational tourism products that match the needs of children,and get one-stop worry-free services.This paper uses the literature method,survey method and other research methods to understand and analyze the development and research status of educational tourism and educational tourism online platforms;use PSET analysis,Porter’s five forces model,SWOT analysis and other methods to analyze the internal and external environment and strategic positioning of the project;use the STP marketing strategy,4P marketing strategy and other marketing theories to analyze and formulate the project’s marketing strategy.Through the financial analysis and operating forecast of the project,the net present value(NPV)and internal rate of return(IRR)of the project are calculated to evaluate the investment value of the project;quantitative and qualitative methods are used for the risk of the project.The analysis method is used to conduct risk assessment,and finally form a business plan to demonstrate the feasibility of the project.
