Under the background of the current upsurge of Internet education,Company A is a private enterprise which integrates construction industry,Internet and online education.In 2016,Company A devotes itself to providing vocational education for professionals engaged in construction industry by sharing information,and takes video sales as the main source of income,which accounts for a large proportion,but the income situation fluctuates greatly at present.One of the reasons is that there are some imperfections in the process of internal control of sales business,such as inadequate customer service,copyright issues,risks arising from the transaction process,which hinder the further development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of internal control in sales business of Company A,find out the problems,and improve internal control through analysis and real development.Give play to the role of assisting enterprise decision-making.Based on the above background,this paper intends to use the analysis ideas of describing the status quo,analyzing problems,solving problems and putting forward suggestions to make a case study on the internal control of online educational video sales business of Company A.The first chapter is the introduction,which demonstrates the starting point and writing value of the research on internal control of online educational video sales business of enterprise A.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,including the definition of online education and the characteristics of video sales business,and gives the risk and key control points of general online education sales business.This part aims to lay a theoretical foundation for the following case studies.Chapter 3,according to the general standard system of Chapter 2,analyses the status quo of internal control of online educational video sales business of Enterprise A,and makes a detailed introduction and analysis of the specific business system.Chapter IV focuses on the analysis of internal control problems,and find out the causes.Chapter 5 puts forward optimization measures for the problems and causes of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4,and summarizes and prospects them.The innovation of this paper lies in the selection of analysis cases,choosing the internal control of online education video business on the Internet as the research object.At present,there are few related research cases.This paper combines the characteristics of the Internet industry and enterprises to study the internal control of sales business,and combs the internal control of A company into several important processes,and draws the conclusion that internal control is for A company.The company’s online education video sales business is crucial,especially,there should be appropriate internal control measures for online sales planning and course launching,online customer development and management,online marketing strategy,online services and transactions.The disadvantage is that Company A is only a case in the online education industry,and many studies need to be further improved.
