At present,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical research on enterprise recruitment.The general view of the study is that a scientific and reasonable recruitment is conducive to building a benign talent introduction platform for enterprises.At the same time,in recruitment,we should timely adjust the recruitment strategy and optimize the recruitment mechanism according to the new situations and new problems we are facing.Improving recruitment measures can recruit talents with relatively higher overall quality,adaptability and working ability on the premise of effectively controlling recruitment costs.At the same time,it can also make the employment department more satisfied and achieve a win-win situation.In addition to the improvement of the recruitment work itself,the establishment of an effective talent evaluation mechanism and training system is also conducive to the continuous improvement of the quality of recruitment.In addition,with the development of Internet + and the rapid growth of the younger generation and entering the society,the recruitment work under the Internet mode has ushered in new challenges and problems,including the diversification of recruitment channels and forms,and the changes in the thinking of new employees.It has not only brought a great impact on the recruitment work of enterprises,but also prompted enterprises to constantly adapt,adjust and improve.B Education Company is a private enterprise,mainly engaged in adult education and training business,mainly to sell online courses;the main business model is to achieve the purpose of sales courses through telephone and wechat.According to the needs of the business model,the personnel team of Company B is dominated by sales staff,accounting for more than 80% of the total number of people in the company.For a long time,sales positions have been faced with difficulties in recruitment,low staff retention rate,high staff turnover rate and other problems,coupled with B company as an e-commerce company,but also a small private enterprise,recruitment is even more difficult.Thesis takes the recruitment problem of the sales team of Company B as the diagnosis problem,combined with the analysis of the current recruitment situation of Company B,to find out the factors that lead to the difficulty of recruitment in Company B.Tt includes the separation of recruitment plan from reality,the single recruitment channel,the imperfect recruitment process and mechanism,the lack of recruitment evaluation,the imperfection of staff training system and so on.On this basis,the following improvement suggestions are put forward: improve the recruitment plan,improve the channel utilization rate,improve the process and mechanism,establish the recruitment evaluation mechanism,and improve the induction training plan.Thus,it can help B Education Company to improve the recruitment efficiency and effect of sales positions,improve the quantity and quality of sales staff,improve staff retention and reduce staff turnover,so as to gradually achieve the goal of steadily increasing the size of the company’s team.Finally achieve the improvement of the company’s sales performance and the expansion of the business scale.
