The Promotion Path Of Labor Education Of College Students In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the major social contradictions in China have changed,transforming into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era is a form of labor education in Colleges and Universities Based on the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism in China in the new era.Labor education has gradually developed from a single physical labor to a combination of brain and body learning skills and methods.There is no doubt that in the future,labor education is the top priority in the development of higher education.In order to further explore the college students’ labor education talents based on the needs of the grass-roots society,carry forward the labor spirit within the scope of colleges and universities,establish the active labor consciousness,honest labor consciousness and innovative labor consciousness,and cultivate the all-round development of social talents in the new era to realize the people’s pursuit of a better life.From the perspective of research object,curriculum development,organization method and innovation content,the research will comb and analyze the historical literature of labor education through CNKI tools,and summarize the new connotation of labor education for college students in the new era.From the perspective of the development process of the labor education of college students,under the background of globalization education,the labor education of college students gradually gets rid of the simple manual labor mode and moves towards the path of innovation and creation development of labor education.
