Labour education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and a basic requirement for the full implementation of the Party’s education policy.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,Comrade Xi Jinping has delivered important speeches on labor education on many occasions,pointing out the development direction and fundamental compliance of China’s labor education work in the new era,among which the integration of labor education in primary and secondary schools is an important part.Previous theories and practices are only limited to the development of labor education in a particular section of primary,secondary or university,ignoring the fact that labor education is a continuous whole.This paper presents a new perspective on labor education as an organic whole "across school levels" and proposes the construction of an integrated labor education stage goal system,content setting,guarantee system and evaluation mechanism to cultivate new talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic abilities.From the current process of promoting the integration of labor education in primary and secondary schools,some results have been achieved,including the continuous enhancement of the overall understanding of the integration of labor education in primary and secondary schools,labor education has been included in the talent training program of primary and secondary schools,and the concept has been included in the family,school and social education system.However,in the process of development,there are also four problems: the unclear objectives of phased labor education,the serious "fault" phenomenon of labor education curriculum content,the imperfect labor security system and the evaluation system of labor literacy tends to be formalized.Shanghai actively responds to the call of the state and actively carries out the practical exploration of the integration of labor education in universities,primary and secondary schools.At present,Shanghai has gradually realize resource sharing communion,set up the gradual course content and throughout the daily teaching process,form the school,family,community education system and scientific complete evaluation system,vigorously promote the integration of labor education,for other areas of primary and secondary school labor education integration has important reference value.According to the process of the integration of the Shanghai and the integration of labor education,trying to promote the integration of primary school labor education specific strategy,to balance each section,build the integration of primary school labor education stage goal system,curriculum content,security system and evaluation mechanism,aims to develop the correct labor concept,labor habits and labor ability of newera.
