Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of important judgments on promoting education reform and development based on the great Chinese dream of national rejuvenation and the diversification of world development.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized that the fundamental task of education is to take moral education and cultivate people,and to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Fully excavating the factors of educating people in each course,comprehensive education is an important breakthrough in the current establishing morality and fostering people work."Education of morality through labor" is to fully excavate the moral education factors in labor education and give play to the role of labor in educating people,so as to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people."Moral education through labor" not only has profound theoretical origin,but also has strong practical feasibility,which is conducive to the construction of a complete moral structure of knowledge,affection and action.However,the current education goal of "studying morality through labor" in primary and secondary labor education is not yet clear,the education and teaching process is not yet perfect,and teaching evaluation has failed to effectively play a guiding role.At the cognitive level,teachers conduct in-depth research and fully understand "Education through labor".Parents attach great importance to labor education and actively cooperate with school work.Students have a correct attitude and enhance labor awareness,which is an important prerequisite for the implementation of "Education through labor." At the level of curriculum construction,the labor curriculum and the moral education curriculum complement each other,and the practical use of teaching methods is an important carrier for the implementation of "studying morality through labor".In terms of coordination and cooperation,strengthening the connection between schools and families and other resources is an indispensable and powerful promoter of the implementation of "education through labor".In terms of policy regulations,conscientiously improving relevant policies and regulations,establishing an effective evaluation mechanism,and strengthening supervision and inspection are the system guarantees for the implementation of "education through labor".
