| Labor is the basis for the existence and development of human society.Education is rooted in labor.Labor education is an important part of education.Combining labor education with moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education,it is an important way to create a fully developed person.Therefore,it is of practical significance to review the current labor education in primary and secondary schools,and it can better promote the development of labor education and promote the cultivation of students’ core qualities.This study starts with the pursuit of education as the starting point and uses Marx’s theory of education,production and labor,and the overall development of man as the guide.It discusses the significance of labor education from the perspective that labor is the basis for human survival and development and labor education is the source of human education.Using literature research,text analysis and other methods,combining history and reality to reconsider labor and labor education.The study believes that the function of labor education in primary and secondary schools should include human development and social development;content design should include labor knowledge education,labor awareness education,labor skill education and labor emotion education;implementation principles should adhere to thought leadership,practical experience,organic integration and Appropriateness and appropriateness;the safeguard mechanism should strengthen overall coordination,teacher construction,resource development,and supervision and evaluation.Looking at the current status of labor education in primary and secondary schools in China,many problems have arisen in the labor education in primary and secondary schools,the function of labor education has been dissimilatory;the content of labor education is not comprehensive;the mode of labor education is relatively single;the mechanism of labor education is not sound enough.The main reasons are: there is a bias in the understanding of labor education;it is influenced by exam-oriented education;the lack of education sector management;and the influence of bad social atmosphere.For this reason,this study considers: first,change the prejudice against labor education from the function orientation;second,enrich the labor education from the content design,and emphasis on labor education practices;Third,change the commonly used forms of teacher education from the implementation of methods,carry out diverse labor practices,broaden the implementation of labor education,and form a labor force education force;Fourth,strengthen overall coordination,teachers’ construction,assessment and evaluation,and the development of labor education resources from the perspective of mechanism guarantees. |
