Research On The Labor Education In Primary And Secondary Schools In Hebei Province In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the development of labor education has also entered a new journey.Labor education in the new era respects the law of Students;physical and mental development.It is an activity that promotes the individualization and socialization of individuals and perfects their development.The aim of this paper is to promote the development of labor education in Hebei province with high efficiency and high quality,and to provide reference and strategies for the reform of labor education in primary and middle schools in Hebei province and the development of labor education in other provinces in China.The main research methods used in this study include literature study,case study,experience summary and interview survey.By using the method of literature analysis,and combs the policy documents in Hebei province,understand the number of teachers,practice base,funding investment,support and other key information.This paper selects one primary school,one junior high school and one senior high school in Hebei province,conducts an interview and investigation,and finds out the problems existing in the process of practice: there is a deviation in ideological cognition,the labor cognition needs to be corrected,the teaching method is not scientific,the evaluation system is not perfect,the labor education condition is not guaranteed,and the teachers quality needs to be strengthened.Through analysis,the causes of these problems are the blind alienation of labor education caused by cultural shock,the lack of school awareness,and the lack of self-education caused by the poor subjective initiative of individuals.First,building up the environment of labor education based on the social development.It includes correcting the deviation of public opinion,giving full play to the active role of mass media,strengthening gatekeeping,giving full play to the core competitiveness of mainstream media,uniting social organizations and jointly running labor education,focus on campus culture perfect labor education model.It includes the reconstruction of campus culture,the construction of a good campus spiritual environment,the improvement of related facilities,It includes changing ideas,building a good family style,playing a role as an example,forming a parent-child labor community,promoting the development of positivity.It includes changing thought,improving self-education ability,cultivating emotion,perfecting the construction of self-labor concept,active practice and strengthening self-management.
