Taizhou City in the 1990 s officially promulgated the physical education midterm examination additional system,since its implementation,has achieved certain results,but in the implementation process also appeared a series of related problems.With the trend of double reduction and the aggravation of the proportion of physical education in the secondary examination,the education department of Taizhou City will reform the system of physical education secondary examination to play the role of the guidance of the examination.By conducting a comprehensive study on the impact on physical education and the changes of middle school physical education before and after the reform of the middle school physical education examination system in Taizhou City,we understand the specific situation of current physical education under the opportunity of the reform of middle school physical education,and propose strategies to solve some problems of middle school physical education in Taizhou City.This paper aims to provide theoretical reference as well as practical support for the reform and development of middle school physical education in Taizhou City.This study adopts literature method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,fieldwork method and mathematical statistics method to investigate some physical education teachers and junior high school students in 10 schools in Hailing District,Jiangyan District and county-level cities of Taizhou City,Xinghua City,Taixing City and Jingjiang City,and study the influencing factors about junior high school physical education in Taizhou City.These include teaching objectives,contents,environment,students,etc.related to physical education,and the proposed conclusions can be summarized as follows: after the reform of physical education secondary examination,to a certain extent,the status of physical education teachers in schools has been enhanced and the work pressure has increased,but at the same time,the enthusiasm and work enthusiasm of physical education teachers in teaching has been improved;after the reform of physical education secondary examination in Taizhou City,physical education teachers pay more attention to the formulation of teaching objectives when After the reform of physical education in Taizhou City,physical education teachers pay more attention to cultivating students’ awareness of physical exercise when formulating teaching objectives;the teaching content of physical education in the Chinese examination has increased the examination and assessment items,and physical education teachers mainly focus on the design of teaching content for the physical education examination items,which is a serious phenomenon of test-taking;teachers and students are more satisfied with the evaluation system of the current teaching,which is conducive to students’ better participation in physical exercise;the reform of physical education in the Chinese examination has improved the investment of school leaders in physical education venue resources,but the investment is mainly for the Chinese examination Physical education examination items,the actual physical education resources are still not up to standard,which restricts teachers’ teaching activities;the physical education reform of the Chinese examination has improved the attitude of junior high school students to physical education and promoted the enthusiasm of junior high school students to participate in physical education,but also increased the learning pressure of junior high school students,the motivation to participate in physical education classes is mainly to improve the results of the physical education examination,and students’ awareness of physical education and sports is insufficient and too focused on the results;the Chinese examination After the physical education reform,Taizhou city has the problem of weak teachers and teachers of different levels;the current scoring standard of the examination of the Chinese examination system sets the guaranteed score,which inhibits the learning motivation of some students.According to the results of the research,combined with the problems of middle school physical education in Taizhou City,the following recommendations are made.(1)To design teaching contents according to students’ psychological and physiological development based on the physical education test items of the Chinese examination,and to integrate sports games and sports competitions into the teaching contents to improve the classroom effect and the quality of physical education.(2)Under the condition of insufficient physical education equipment and facilities,we should make use of multi-functional physical education equipment to assist physical education and develop and utilize sports resources outside of school to change the current situation of insufficient physical education resources.(3)Physical education teachers should help students to establish a correct understanding of physical education,understand the meaning of physical exercise,and attach importance to the educational idea of "sports for people".(4)Extracurricular physical education activities can be carried out in conjunction with specific physical education programs for the Chinese language examinations,and implemented in the preparation for the Chinese language examinations.(5)expand the recruitment of physical education teachers,increase the number of physical education teachers,build a reasonable teacher-student ratio,to create a high-level teacher team,so that teachers better serve the school teaching work.(6)The physical education program of Taizhou City Secondary School Examination still needs to continue to improve,set up test scoring areas to motivate students to learn.
