Since the resumption of the college entrance examination,due to the increasing importance of cultural courses,physical education has not been the focus of attention from all sectors of society.Since the Ministry of Education brought the value of the physical education examination into the total score of the middle school entrance examination,the society,schools,parents and students have paid great attention to physical education.Starting with the2021,Sanming has responded positively to the Ministry of Education's document spirit by raising the maximum score on the Physical Education Secondary School examination to40.Through the investigation of Middle School Physical Education Teachers and students,this paper probes into the methods of physical education teaching and some factors such as the objectives,contents,environment and methods of Physical Education Teaching.Based on the reform of the Middle School Physical Education entrance examination in Sanming,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the new measures,and advances some corresponding schemes,which can provide reference for the reform and development of the Middle School Physical Education classroom in Sanming.This research uses the literature material law,the Questionnaire Survey Law,the field survey law,the interview law,the Mathematical Statistics Law,to investigate some junior middle school schools,teachers and students in Sanming,and to understand the impact of the implementation of the reform of the physical education entrance examination on physical education teaching in Sanming,and to excavate the problems faced by physical education teaching under the reform of the Physical Education entrance examination in Sanming,and put forward the corresponding strategy and suggestion,in order to accelerate the realization of Sanming middle school entrance sports examination system reform goal.The data from the study led to the following conclusions:1.After the reform of the Physical Education entrance examination in Sanming,the score of the physical education entrance examination has been raised to 40 points,which takes the physical education subject to a new height,the attitude of the students in pe class is more serious than before the reform of the PE exam,and the time and energy invested in the exercise each day has also increased.Most of the students are motivated to participate in the exercise in order to deal with the PE exam,with ideal sports scores,the reform of the PE exam has really pushed students to spend more time and energy on Sports.2.After the reform of the Secondary School Physical Education Examination in Sanming,the teaching attitude of Physical Education Teachers in junior secondary schools has changed significantly.They have become more responsible in their daily teaching work and have become more demanding of their students in the classroom,at the same time,the status of Pe Teachers has become higher with the reform of the PE middle school entrance examination,which has increased the teaching enthusiasm of pe teachers,but has also brought greater teaching pressure to pe teachers.Proper pressure can improve the satisfaction and sense of achievement of pe teachers,teachers are willing to teach under a certain degree of pressure.3.After the reform of the Sanming Physical Education Examination,the teaching goal of junior middle school physical education teachers is mainly to promote students ' physical health,and the students think that the teaching goal of physical education is to improve the results of the middle school physical education examination.There is a big difference between the two,most of the teachers and students choose to take the items of the Middle School Physical Education examination as the content,which shows that the present physical education is utilitarian,and the tendency of taking the examination in the middle school physical education examination is obvious,after the reform of Physical Education Middle School examination,physical education teachers choose more diverse physical education teaching methods.4.After the reform of the Chinese Secondary Examination for Physical Education in Sanming,schools invested resources in physical education to different extents.However,due to the different resources possessed by different schools,sports infrastructure equipment varied greatly among schools,the school sports infrastructure equipment can basically meet the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students,but there are some problems such as the narrow space,the insufficient types of equipment,and so on.5.After the reform of the Physical Education entrance examination in Sanming,there are some problems in the physical education teaching,such as the phenomenon of“Examination-oriented education”,the deviation of the objective of physical education,the insufficient reserve of physical education teachers and the unreasonable proportion of teachers and students;School Physical Education Infrastructure does not meet the needs of teachers and students,affecting the effectiveness of school physical education.
