even excessive addiction phenomenon,which leads to the physical quality of middle school students in our country decline year by year,in order to improve the physical and mental quality of middle school students,improve the physical and health level of middle school students,and cultivate the lifelong sports awareness of middle school students.The physical examination of admission is constantly reformed and improved.In the face of the new curriculum standard requirements,vigorously develop quality education,update the concept,deepen the educational reform,adhere to the goal orientation,problem orientation,innovation orientation,and strengthen the educational function of the curriculum.To improve the physical health level of middle school students is the top priority of national compulsory education,and also the foundation of school physical education.Henan Province continues to reform and improve the reform of the physical education examination system,and on October 13,2021,the Henan Provincial Department of Education officially issued a document,which shows that: From 2024,the total value of the physical education exam in Henan Province has been increased from the current 70 points to 100 points(the implementation object is the first grade freshmen in junior middle school enrolled in the fall of 2021),and the new policy of physical education exam program has increased the process evaluation for the first time.Shangqiu Education and Sports Bureau also actively implements the ideas of the provincial Education Department,actively promotes the reform and perfection of the physical examination of the recruitment,improves the physical health level of middle school students,comprehensively improves the comprehensive quality of students,and promotes the effective development of school physical education.In this study,questionnaire survey,literature review,expert interview and other research methods were used to investigate the PE teaching,PE hours,teaching content,methods,PE teachers’ workload,school leaders,students and parents in Minquan County,Shangqiu City,Henan Province.The problems in junior middle school physical education in Minquan County after the reform of physical education examination of Henan Province in 2021 were found and analyzed.According to the problems found,corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical and practical basis for front-line physical education teachers,so as to improve the quality and methods of physical education teaching in county middle schools,promote the development of school physical education work,improve the physical health level of junior middle school students,and provide theoretical reference for the development of physical education teaching in county middle schools.The research conclusions are as follows:1 Students have increased learning pressure and pay too much attention to results.The exercise time and ball skills of the students are improved obviously,but the mastery of the ball technical movements is relatively simple,and the purpose of participating in the PE class is mainly to improve the performance.2 The school’s full-time physical education teachers are insufficient and their skills are not comprehensive.The status of school physical education and physical education teachers has been improved,and the teaching behavior and attitude have been greatly improved.At the same time,the burden of work increases,and the shortage of physical education teachers.3 Physical education becomes an examination training course,which affects the development of students’ lifelong physical education.Physical education teachers mainly focus on examination items in teaching content,and students’ interest in physical education can not be developed.4 Lack of sports equipment and facilities in schools.School sports facilities can not meet the teaching needs of students and teachers,these factors seriously restrict the county junior middle school sports teaching and development.5 Exam evaluation standards are not perfect.The examination grading standard neglects the evaluation of students’ technical movements,which leads to teachers neglecting the teaching of students’ technical movements in the course of physical education.And put forward corresponding suggestions:1 While teaching,PE teachers guide students to establish correct cognition of PE.Improve the quality of students’ will,make them pay attention to the process of physical exercise,achieve the goal of "sports people",and make students’ physical and mental quality develop comprehensively.2 Increase the teacher-student ratio of full-time PE teachers in junior middle schools.The work burden of PE teachers has increased significantly,and relevant departments should attach great importance to the construction of PE teachers in county junior middle schools,regularly organize the skills and theoretical training of PE teachers in county junior middle schools,and improve their professional and technical level.3 In teaching,PE teachers should improve the cultivation of students’ interest in sports,teach students according to their aptitude,and mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in physical exercise.Explore flexible teaching methods,combine sports games,teaching competitions and other methods to stimulate students’ interest and unleash their potential.In a happy classroom atmosphere to learn knowledge and exercise the body,forge the will.Keep the fun of physical education classroom and cultivate students’ lifelong physical education consciousness.4 Improve the physical education teaching environment of county middle schools,so as to balance the development of the whole educational cause.It is hoped that the relevant departments at the higher level should attach great importance to the renewal and improvement of sports facilities and equipment in county middle schools while reforming the physical examination system.5 While formulating the examination system,the superior department can reasonably adjust the scoring standards of the admission physical examination,and reasonably improve the evaluation of students’ technical movements in the examination through investigation,so as to promote the more perfect and standardized physical examination system of the admission. |
