Junior high school physical education teaching is an important part of Chinese school physical education,constantly improving the quality of junior high school physical education teaching to strengthen students’ physical quality,promote students’ health,and cultivate students’ interest in sports to form lifelong sports consciousness is of great importance.With the continuous reform of the physical education examination,junior high school physical education teaching also develops in a better direction,but because of the physical education examination reform also caused some negative effects on junior high school physical education.In view of this,this study takes the impact of the Ningbo high school Physical education Examination reform on junior high school physical education teaching as the research object,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,field investigation and other research methods to make an in-depth analysis of the 2011-2022 Ningbo high school physical education examination program,and conducts a survey on the PE teaching after the reform.This paper analyzes and discusses the influence of PE examination reform on PE teaching in junior middle school,finds out the existing difficulties,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems.In order to promote the Ningbo City physical education examination and junior high school physical education teaching to get better development,for junior high school physical education teachers in the school physical education to provide a certain theoretical basis and reference.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)From 2011 to 2022,the program of Ningbo High School Physical Education Examination has been reformed for many times,which is reflected in the increase of examination items,improvement of scoring standards and change of examination forms.However,there is still a lack of items that students are interested in for selection.(2)After the reform of physical education entrance examination,the workload and work pressure of junior high school physical education teachers are increased,their work enthusiasm and school status are increased,but their professional quality needs to be improved.(3)After the reform of physical education secondary examination,the teaching objective of physical education courses incline to improving students’ test scores,the teaching content is more focused on physical education secondary examination items,there is a phenomenon of "exam-oriented education" in physical education,and the classroom atmosphere is depressed.Swimming can not be taught in school PE classroom as an optional item in PE examination.(4)After the reform of physical education high school examination,students’ physical quality is improved,and their attitude towards sports learning is more serious,which further cultivates their enthusiasm for sports.Still,some students participate in sports out of desperation to cope with exams.According to the problems existing in the influence of the reform of physical examination in Ningbo City on junior high school physical education,the following solutions are put forward:(1)Ningbo high School Physical Education Examination Plan continues to add examination items,combine with the teaching syllabus and students’ interests,continue to improve the total score of physical education high school examination,improve the scoring system of high school physical education examination items,process evaluation and scientific scoring,and eliminate the phenomenon of personalization.The combination model of physical education high school examination results and physical education additional scores is established to further reflect the differences of students’ physical education results.(2)Constantly improve the teaching quality and ability of PE teachers,regularly carry out training courses on PE teachers’ professional ability,improve teachers’ special sports ability,and cultivate PE teachers with "one specialty and multiple abilities".(3)Physical education courses should reduce the exam-oriented phenomenon,and physical education classes should combine the teaching syllabus,examination items and students’ interests.School according to the actual situation,reasonable classification,scientific arrangement of teachers.(4)Students should correct their attitude,advocate students to participate in sports activities,insist on physical exercise,improve their physical quality while improving their scores in the physical education examination,and cultivate their interest in sports. |
