Teenagers are the future and hope of the country.According to the eighth national students’ physical health standards,we can know that the related great efficiency presents a development trend of continuous improvement,especially the endurance,speed and other qualities of primary and middle school students have a greater optimization rate.According to "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era",it emphasizes and highlights the optimization and adjustment of physical education and health curriculum in physical education teaching,and improves teaching methods by implementing the requirements of "church,practice frequently and regularly".To ensure that the needs and needs of sports development of different age groups can be met.Zunyi City has adjusted and optimized the content and system of the local high school physical education examination to maximize the mobilization of the guiding and guiding function of the high school physical education examination and promote the all-round development of students’ physical education.In this paper,481 students(248 boys,233girls)and 15 PE teachers of the 11 th Middle School of Zunyi City in 2023 were investigated by the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,test and mathematical statistics.This paper analyzes the effect and influence of the 2020 Zunyi PE high school examination reform on the teaching activities themselves,teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,so as to find out the deficiencies of PE teaching,and then puts forward the ways and methods to solve the problems,so as to provide certain reference for the school to arrange the PE teaching work in the future.The conclusions obtained from the inquiry and discussion in this paper include:(1)The reform of Zunyi Physical education examination promoted the optimization and adjustment of junior physical education teaching.Compared with before the reform,many teachers introduce effective teaching methods based on students’ specific needs and examination standards.But the teaching objective and teaching content are more in order to adapt to the needs and needs of high school physical examination.(2)The reform of Zunyi High School Physical Education Examination requires higher professional skills of physical education teachers.After the reform of PE high school entrance examination,we should pay attention to training all-round PE teachers.At the same time,PE teachers’ teaching attitude is improved,and pay attention to the optimization and adjustment of teaching content,methods and objectives.(3)The reform of Zunyi physical education high school examination has a promoting effect on the improvement of students’ physical quality and sports consciousness.Through the investigation,it is known that the endurance quality,speed quality,sensitive coordination quality and sports special skills of the students after the reform of the physical education examination have significant effects,but the strength quality is relatively weak.The time and frequency of extracurricular exercise have increased significantly,and the exercise items are more diversified.More and more students can correctly understand the role of sports and promote the optimization and adjustment of their physical quality.
