The new policy of physical education reform in yunnan province has raised the physical education score from 50 points to 100 points,which has aroused wide concern from all walks of life,and at the same time has a great influence on the physical education teaching of middle schools in yunnan Province.Kunming city,as the vane of education reform in Yunnan Province,will play a leading and exemplary role in the impact of physical education reform of middle school entrance examination on physical education teaching in Kunming city.By yunnan province after the mid-term exam sports reform policies,test items,test score,the test time,test methods,test requirements of interpretation as well as the investigation and interview to get the new policy after the implementation of teaching in physical education teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching contents,teaching process,teaching environment,teaching evaluation,and the impact of students to participate in the movement,The aim is to make suggestions for the reform of physical education in yunnan province.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and data statistics to carry out questionnaire survey and interview on kunming middle school physical education teachers.The results are as follows: physical education teachers in Yunnan province have a good understanding of the reformed policies,test content,test time,test methods and scoring standards.In terms of physical education teaching objectives,after the reform,middle school physical education teachers have neglected mental health and social adaptation goals compared with sports skills goals.In the part of physical education teaching content,after the reform,the emphasis is mainly on the examination,and the emphasis on the teaching content based on students’ interest has decreased.After the reform,the sports items of the high school entrance examination have a closer connection with the contents of the PE class.In the process of physical education teaching,after the reform,it can promote the formation of students’ sports skills,and the exercise load is higher than before the reform,but let students experience the fun of sports in the teaching process decreased;In the part of physical education teaching environment,the degree of satisfying physical education teaching in stadiums after the reform has not changed much compared with that before the reform,and the degree of satisfying physical education teaching after the reform of physical teaching equipment has improved.In the part of physical education teaching method,explanation method,action demonstration method and repeated practice method are the mainstream teaching methods.After the reform of PE teaching evaluation,the proportion of process examination increases,and the teaching evaluation method combining process and result is more reasonable.In the part of students’ physical exercise,after the reform,students’ physical exercise amount,exercise time,exercise frequency and exercise intensity have been improved,and students’ physical fitness has also been enhanced,but there is also a decline in students’ physical fitness.According to the existing resistance and shortcomings of the reform,this paper puts forward the following suggestions :(1)physical education teachers should combine students’ mental health and social adaptation while teaching sports skills;(2)Physical education teaching content should combine examination content with students’ interest;(3)The PE teaching process highlights the interest on the basis of promoting students’ sports skills;(4)Integrate educational resources,increase the construction of school stadiums and sports equipment supplement;(5)Physical education teaching methods should be formulated for students of different types and sports levels;(6)According to the regional characteristics of Yunnan province to carry out sports with regional characteristics into the sports of the high school entrance examination.
