Study On Construction And Demonstration Of Primary School PE Homework Content System Under The Background Of "Double Reduction"

As a timely consolidation and expansion supplement to physical education and health curriculum learning,physical education homework is also a lever tool for the deepening reform of physical education curriculum,the explicit improvement of school physical education teaching quality and the efficient development of students’ physical quality.Based on the opinions on further reducing the homework burden and after-school training burden of students in the stage of compulsory educational administration and a series of physical education policies and documents,this study constructs a set of primary school physical homework content system suitable for different levels,including arousal activation,basic physical fitness,physical test prescription,parent-child movement and stretching and relaxation,so as to provide basis and reference for the arrangement of primary school physical homework in the future,Teachers have rules to follow and rules to follow,and students have books to choose from and models to participate in.In this study,the experimental method was used to conduct an18 weeks intervention experiment on the experimental subjects.From the physical test results before and after the experiment,there was a very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,but from the perspective of mean difference,the physical test results of the three experimental groups were better than those of the three control groups;The parent-child relationship of the experimental group has been improved and promoted,which is more harmonious than the control group,which shows that the implementation of the sports homework content system constructed in this paper has a significant impact on the promotion of students’ physical health,the improvement of physical test scores and the promotion of parent-child relationship.Then,some suggestions are put forward: 1.The homework content system needs to be further improved,and physical exercise can be used as a promoter of strong physique;2.The whole school requires unified implementation,and point to area improve together;3.The parent-child movement strengthens their relationships,and the family school linkage promotes development.In addition,the lack of research and thinking lies in: 1.The content design should be refined and students stratification should be clear;2.Family and school work together to promote development.
