Research On Talent Team Construction Of Township Social Work Stations In X City

Social work can not only help service objects solve problems and stimulate their potential abilities,but also help the government to solve social problems and maintain social equity and justice.As an important part of the development of social work,social work talents play an important role in promoting the localization of social work.In big cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,where social work has developed rapidly,there is mature experience in the cultivation of social workers and the localization of social work.However,in X City,a small city in Henan province,the development of social work is still slow and the good and bad of social organizations are mixed and a large number of social workers are lost.It has seriously affected the development of township social work stations and the process of localization of social work.On February 11,2022,The State Council issued the notice of the 14 th Five-year Plan for Promoting Agricultural and Rural Modernization,which mentioned that "the construction of social work service stations in towns and townships should be accelerated to attract social work talents to provide professional services." The issuance of this document means that the cultivation of social work stations and social workers in villages and towns must be accelerated,which is not only conducive to the development of social workers and social work professional in small and medium-sized cities,but also can strengthen the level of local grassroots social services and help the government better complete the transformation of its functions.As an intern,the author conducted a six-month professional internship in the township social work station of X City.During the internship,through in-depth observation and face-to-face interview of the daily work of the resident social workers in the township social work station,THE author learned about the talent composition and talent team construction in the township social work station of X City.The research found that the talent team construction of township social work stations in X City mainly had problems such as poor talent supervision and training effect,poor applicability of talent incentive and guarantee mechanism,unreasonable talent performance appraisal standard,single talent source and high talent turnover rate.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper,guided by social support theory and empowerment theory,combined with the government,universities,social work institutions,social workers and other multi-subjects,puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from the talent training mechanism,talent guarantee mechanism,localization of social work institutions,talent development planning and other aspects.In order to provide some ideas and enlightenment for the construction of social worker talent team and the development of social work in township social work stations in X City.
