The Practice And Experience Of The Construction Of Social Work Talent Team

Social work professionals are people who have social work professional knowledge and skills, and provide social services directly in social welfare, social relief, charity, community development, marriage and family, mental health and so on. The social work talent team building is an important social service personnel development strategy put forward by the national government in the new period of social construction. But the current research on the construction of social work personnel is less and mainly concentrated on the proposal, method and countermeasure for the development of the talent team building of social work. This paper studies the social work talent team building practice experience and policy practice logic.This research starts from the article research about social work talent team construction. We selects four social work talents construction pilot area in H province, uses the case comparison measure to have a deep and comprehensive research. Study shows that, in the social work talent team construction practice process, H province focus on the construction of policy system emphasizes the cultivation of social work personnel and social work agency. They integrate social resources by the development of the social work post and social work service project and the multi departments’collaboration. In this process, they have forced four develop paths to construct social work talent team. They are:the pilot company social work service effect as exemplar to promote the construction; the social work service related department coordinate to promote the construction; mixed development of local and university cooperation; emphasizing the endogenous training of the existing related staffResearch shows that, in the process of the construction of social work personnel, the social organization is an important boost carrier, the local government plays an important role, policy measures is the system guarantee. Social work talent team construction is the inevitable requirement of the development of social work and the construction of social welfare system in china.
