In recent years,the number of social work agencies keeps increasing,the number of practitioners in the social work industry is also on the rise year by year,and social work services are booming.However,the turnover rate in the social work industry is still high,resulting in poor stability of social work teams,which seriously hinders the professional and professional development of social workers.When analyzing the high dimission rate of social workers,the academic community usually starts from the macro and medium perspectives of social workers' social environment,occupational environment,organizational environment,etc.,but these factors are difficult to be changed in a short time,so the stability of social workers' team cannot be solved quickly and effectively.Based on the situation that it is difficult to improve the macro and medium influencing factors in a short time,this study,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,explores the stability of social workers' team from the micro perspective by in-depth interview and participatory observation.In a long period of time,this study compared the two before and after a social worker supervisor for community security administration intervention behavioral responses,found that when the social worker is in charge of accepting community town government intervention,will increase the workload of social work team,deepen the security administration,social work team caused social worker turnover behavior,reduce social work team stability;When the social work supervisor refuses the intervention of community administration,the work burden of the social work team can be reduced,the administrative color of the social work team can be reduced,the cohesion of the social work team can be increased,and the stability of the social work team can be improved.Relying on the same community service platform and embedded in a similar social work team,two social work supervisors made different behavioral responses to the administrative intervention in the community,which had different impacts on the stability of the social work team.Therefore,with other conditions unchanged,it is concluded that the behavioral response of the social worker supervisor has a significant impact on the stability of the social worker team.From the micro level,the factors influencing the stability of social workers' team are found,which enriches the research perspective of the factors influencing the stability of social workers' team,and provides a new path reference for improving the stability of social workers' team.Community is an important platform for social workers to carry out services.For social workers teams stationed in the community,the negative impact of community administrative intervention on social workers' professional services can be improved through the behavioral response of social workers' supervisors.Maintain the professional autonomy of social work team and social work field,enhance the stability of social work team,and finally promote the sustainable development of social work career. |
