| With the social transformation in our country,people are increasingly in need of social services and governments at all levels continue to push forward the development of social work.As a carrier of social workers serving social management,private social work agencies play an indispensable role in social work.However,in recent years,the contingent of qualified personnel in the development of private social work organizations is suffering a serious blow,and the turnover rate of social workers is still high.In the rising stage of the social work industry,the excessive brain drain seriously hindered the development of private social work institutions and caused tremendous distress to the cause of social work in our country.Currently run by the local social work institutions at the same time of absorbing and cultivating talents,but also pay attention to improve social workers to keep rates,avoid social workers to erosion,continuously develop and expand private social work institutions talent team construction,and analysis in the process of the development of the market and the social form,gradually explore conforms to China’s national conditions of the development path of private institutions of social workers,improve the quality of social services.This article will be to the related literature review,the studies on and methods by means of T,D institutions develop talent to explore,in social work and social worker interviews and other methods were analyzed,and leaving from the work environment,degree of social work professional identity,internal management,and other aspects,find out the problems which restrict the development of the social work talent team and improve the rationalization proposal of professional social work holding rate in exploration to help social work institutions select talent,develop talent,retain talent solution method.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction to the background and current situation of the research,the research ideas and practical significance of this article.The second chapter is an introduction to the main body of the private T city D institution,including the operating model and organizational structure,internal management and external environment,etc..Through the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the high retention rate of T city D institution,the internal employment situation of the organization is further analyzed.Insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the D organization in the construction of a talent team.The third chapter summarizes and analyzes the reasons for the high retention rate of social workers in D institutions through investigation.Finally,the fourth chapter,through the study of the high retention rate of social workers in D institutions,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the serious brain drain of social workers at this stage.In order to point out and face,we hope to play a certain constructive role in the talents team of the entire private social workers organization. |
