| Labor creates people and all material and spiritual civilizations of mankind.The longing for a better life originates from human unremitting labor.If labor behavior wants to be better carried out,it can’t be separated from work education.Labor education directly determines the mental outlook of college students,which is closely related to college students’ labor feelings,values and skills.The 2018 National Education Congress pointed out that efforts should be made to build an tutoring system of "simultaneous advancement of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and practical learning" and form a higher-level talent training system in Colleges and universities.From the perspective of the party’s educational policy and national strategy,it has made significant theoretical guidance for higher institution to carry out labor education in the new era.To regain receiving this kind of academy in this epoch,we must break through the shackles of traditional ideology,find a Neo-state where the intergration of labor and pedagogy has been realized,organically combine the novel teach and labor to make the characteristics of labor education prominent,to promote the implementation of labor education in universities in the new age and to improve its effectiveness and scientificity.Oriented to the existing problems of labor education in universities,this paper actively probes into the Countermeasures of praxis guidance in universities on the basis of understanding and mastering the current situation and problems of the knowledge about practicing for undergraduate and graduate students.This paper includes the following five parts:The first section is aimed to introduction.The article mainly expounds the background and significance of the study on the construction path of labor teaches in new epoch academicians,the summary of the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas,study methods,as well as the innovation and deficiency.The second part tells the relevant concepts and path construction principles of labor education.First of all,it sets forth the basic connotation of labor education in universities in the new era.Then,it explains the reason for strengthening the principles of the times,systematization,innovation and coordination to meet the basic requirements of the development of labor education in contemporary universities.The third part is the theoretical basis and value significance of labor education.Firstly,by consulting the literature,analyzing and summarizing these,we can lay a good foundation for the next theoretical investigation.Besides,the essay discusses labor education from two aspects: Marxist classical writers and Chinese Communists’ the enrichment and development of it.At the same time,it explores the mission and task of labor education from the world outlook,values and outlook on life of cultivating new people in the new era.The fourth part is the realistic care of College Labor Education in the new era.This paper examines the achievements of the theoretical research,curriculum construction,practical system,evaluation mechanism and methods of labor education in undergraduates,and analyzes the main problems and the causes of these problems.The last part is the path dependence of College Labor Education in the new era.It mainly puts forward effective countermeasures for the problems and causes of labor education in Colleges and Universities referred in the previous paragraph : developing labor education theory that advances with the times,through enriching connotation,proposing the unity of learning and practicing,developing timely and feasible evaluation and reasonable and effective labor methods. |
