In China,labor education is an important part of the overall education system.Since2015,the country has issued a series of policy documents to clarify its role in the "five Education".It plays an important role in promoting individual all-round development,carrying out quality education,cultivating and practicing socialist core values.At the same time,it is pointed out that the purpose of labor education is to cultivate students’ labor accomplishment.Due to academic pressure and other practical characteristics,in high school,many schools do not pay enough attention to it.This article shows the difficulties people encounter in the practice of cultivating labor literacy.We make use of the advantages of biology and put forward the cultivation strategy of labor literacy,hoping to provide some reference for other people’s practice teaching.The author makes a comparative analysis of the research status of "cultivation strategies of labor literacy" at home and abroad by literature research.It is found that scholars pay more attention to the connotation,method and significance of labor education,but seldom mention labor literacy in the past.In recent years,this research has gradually emerged,but the infiltration of labor education in biology teaching of high school is seldom mentioned,and most of these contents are scattered and not systematic.In foreign countries,people pay more attention to the preparatory function of labor education,thinking that it is to prepare for the future career,so independent labor courses are very common for them.Therefore,it is essential to explore the cultivation strategies of students’ labor literacy in high school biology teaching.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,the author investigated the senior one students and biology teachers in a senior high school in Pingdingshan city to understand the current situation of labor literacy cultivation in senior high school.The results show that there are some phenomena such as lack of labor concept,weak labor consciousness and insufficient labor ability among students.From the perspective of schools,there are mainly reasons such as teachers’ insufficient understanding of the theory and practice of labor literacy,single teaching approach of labor literacy and imperfect evaluation mechanism.Aiming at the above problems,based on clarifying the content system of biological labor education and starting from teaching principles,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,the author puts forward the cultivation strategy of biological labor literacy.Taking the cultivation materials of biological labor literacy as the carrier,the author designs teaching cases and conducts teaching practice research according to the constructed teaching strategies.The experiment selected Pingdingshan high school grade one four parallel ordinary class students as the research object.Before the experiment,the level of labor literacy of students in the four classes was basically the same.The four classes share the faculty and the hardware facilities are the same.After a semester of teaching practice,the experimental effect of each class before and after the experiment was compared by questionnaire survey and interview.Conclusion:(1)Biology teaching and cultivation of labor literacy complement each other to achieve dual effects of stimulating students’ interest in biology learning and cultivating labor literacy.The connotation of labor literacy is basically consistent with the value orientation of the goal of the biology course,so the goal of the biology course and the goal of the cultivation of labor literacy are integrated to construct the teaching goal of "biology-labor literacy".In terms of teaching content,we should seek for the convergence and growth point of labor education and biological knowledge,and fully explore the materials of cultivation of labor literacy in biology.(2)The cultivation strategies of biological labor literacy are feasible and effective:(1)Grasp the teaching principles,integrate the characteristics of biology subject.Pay attention to students’ participation,the teaching design is situational,and give full play to students’ independent creativity in labor.(2)Rich teaching methods.According to different teaching content,the use of different course resources or materials,through a variety of teaching methods to reflect the teaching content.Specific include: situation teaching method,group cooperation experimental inquiry method,practice activity method,practice operation method.(3)Perfect the evaluation mechanism of labor education.Construct multiple evaluation methods corresponding to different contents of labor literacy,and evaluate the achievement of students’ labor literacy from multiple perspectives.(3)The multiple evaluation mechanism is conducive to the cultivation of students’ labor literacy,which has a long-term hidden feature.Timely feedback of evaluation in teaching is conducive to fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm for labor and maintain students’ interest in labor.
