| “Opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in universities,middle schools and primary schools in the new era” states that labor education is conducive to the establishment of a good three-way outlook for students,and that labor education should be integrated into the whole process of students’ growth in all aspects,in order to train qualified socialist creators for the country.Since the promulgation of this document,schools at all levels and of all kinds have begun to implement the reform of labor education,but the implementation of the current reform of labor education in secondary schools,the effect is not significant.Therefore,it is urgent to put forward relevant suggestions and measures in view of the current situation of labor education reform,so as to adapt to the diversified education and social development.Focusing on the junior middle schools in Lintong region,this paper investigates and studies the implementation status of labor education from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration in Lintong district by using the methods of investigation and research and statistical analysis,supplemented by literature research,interview methods.At the same time,aiming at the subject of this research,the author has compiled a questionnaire on the status quo of the implementation of labor education in the perspective of interdisciplinary integration of the middle school in Lintong District,and further communicated with teachers and school leaders of different schools through one-to-one interviews.When combing the current situation of labor education from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration in junior middle schools in Lintong District,this paper investigates from five dimensions: labor values,learning and feedback,learning cognition and evaluation,interdisciplinary integration form and student suggestions,and analyzes the findings.The full text consists of five parts: the first part mainly explains the research background,significance,goal and content,in order to intensify the underlying understanding of this paper.The second part puts forward the specific relationship between interdisciplinary integration and labor education from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration and on the premise of the development and issues of labor education in China.The third part makes a preliminary understanding of the implementation of labor education under the interdisciplinary integration of junior middle schools in Lintong district through investigation and analysis;at the same time,it focuses on the analysis of the problems,causes and difficulties in the implementation of labor education from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration.The fourth part,guided by Barnard’s organization theory,puts forward the strategies to effectively improve the implementation of labor education from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration,in order to promote the scientific,systematic and comprehensive development of middle school labor education.The fifth part is the research conclusion and prospect of this study.Based on the analysis of problems and causes,the author puts forward the following suggestions from the perspective of promoting the internal and external strategies for the implementation of labor education in the perspective of interdisciplinary integration: in terms of external strategies,first,cultivate students’ labor concepts to ensure the correct establishment of students’ labor values;Secondly,create a reasonable working environment to ensure the smooth development of teachers’ teaching and students’ practical activities;Thirdly,broaden the contents and ways of teacher training,ensure the accuracy of teachers’ teaching methods,means and knowledge,and give teaching implementers diversified learning ways;Finally,establish an effective evaluation mechanism to ensure the standardization,innovation and effectiveness of labor education teaching and practice from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration from the three levels of students,teachers and school leaders.In terms of internal strategies: first,excavate the content objectives of teaching materials to improve teachers’ in-depth integration and understanding of teaching material knowledge;Secondly,improve teachers’ teaching literacy.The improvement of teachers’ teaching literacy helps to improve the effect of interdisciplinary integration and deeply grasp the connotation of interdisciplinary integration and labor education;Thirdly,we should give full play to students’ dominant position and improve their enthusiasm and initiative in classroom learning and time;Finally,enhance the construction of interdisciplinary integration,which can effectively improve the progress of interdisciplinary integration and promote the implementation of labor education from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration.This study is helpful to improve the students’ labor cognition,promote the development of labor education under the interdisciplinary perspective,and provide the relevant departments with the reference for the implementation of labor education. |
