As an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,labor education can produce the most direct and far-reaching improvement guidance for students’ labor skills,labor values and labor spirit,and contribute to the construction of a socialist modern power that meets the requirements of the times.The promotion of the integration of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools is the inheritance and development of the historical experience of labor education in China,and it is also in line with the development requirements of labor education in the new era,and it is the inevitable trend of the development of labor education.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the integration of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools in Mianyang City,Sichuan Province,it is found that many achievements have been made in the integrated development of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools in recent years,and many experiences have been explored and summarized,but at the same time,it has also been found that the current integrated development of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools still faces many problems,mainly reflected in the profoundness and consistency of the ideological understanding of labor education integration to be achieved,the synergy and depth of organizational management to be promoted,and the flexibility and innovation of carrier use to be improved.The effectiveness and diversity of assessment and evaluation need to be explored in four aspects.Exploring the main reasons for the emergence of these problems,it is found that it is mainly due to the impact of the social concept of "contempt for labor" and the "test-oriented education" model on the integration of labor education,the imperfection of the system and mechanism hinders the coordinated force of organizational management,the inappropriate media hinders the innovation of the use of carriers,and the traditional evaluation concept hinders the comprehensive diversity of assessment and evaluation.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to take countermeasures from the following four aspects: First,it is necessary to break through the conceptual barriers of the integration of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools,change traditional concepts to meet the requirements of the development of the times,enhance awareness to cultivate specialized work teams,and implement the cultivation of people to establish a new concept of "three complete" education;The second is to optimize the top-level design of the integration of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools,Establish guiding ideology and strengthen the training of specialized work teams,create a systematic and complete working mechanism,and improve the coordinated and effective management system;The third is to create a precise carrier for the integration of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools,enrich the practical carrier of labor education in the new era,select characteristic carriers that meet the characteristics of each age stage,and compile vivid teaching materials that meet the characteristics of each age stage;Fourth,it is necessary to establish a scientific assessment of the integration of labor education in colleges,middle schools,and primary schools,formulate scientific assessment standards,establish a comprehensive evaluation system,and scientifically apply the evaluation results.
